This recall includes the Deodorizing Pet Bedding Spray, Waterless Foaming Shampoo, Deodorizing Fragrance Spritz, and Detangling and Conditioning Spray (collectively, “Recalled Products”).

The Recalled Products can contain bacteria, including species of Pseudomonas, many of which are environmental organisms found widely in soil and water, and some may also be found in humans. People with weakened immune systems, external medical devices, and underlying lung conditions who are exposed to the bacteria face a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment. The bacteria can enter the body if inhaled, or through the eyes or a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are usually not affected by the bacteria.
You should immediately stop using the Recalled Products.
Please dispose of the Recalled Products in its container with household trash. Do not empty the product prior to disposal.
The testing indicates that the Capri Blue Pet Shampoo and Cleansing Wipes do not have elevated levels of bacteria. However, we are processing refunds for those products, too.

The name and number of products you purchased
The date you purchased
The retailer where you purchased
Your order number (if applicable)
A photograph of the product with your initials and date written in marker
Your mailing address
Please allow up to 8-10 weeks for processing.
Please dispose of the Recalled Products in its container with household trash. Do not empty the product prior to disposal.
